Any of you workout 4 times a week?

This is what I did my whole summer, but it'll probably scale back a little once college starts up again in the fall. The 4 workouts a week allowed me to focus on specific muscles each day.

I lift around 4 times a week, though i do abs 6 days a week and cardio around 5

Yeah, cardio 3-4 times a week, weights 3-4 times a week. I only do compound lifts, I do not do any isolation since it's pretty useless unless you are a pro bodybuilder

i don't see how it's not funny in any conceivable way.

i train 6 days a week.

I usually workout 6 days a week with 2 days lifting and 4 days cardio. In college I lifted 6 days a week with 3 days upper body, 3 days lower body, and cardio everyday.

For about a month, I was working out five, sometimes six times a week. But with a death in the family, I fell off course.

I couldn't imagine keeping it up during a college semester, though. I have trouble balancing the mental and the physical.
