Alterations advice needed

So I've got this Charles Tyrwhitt Black label jacket that I feel could use some work. As you can see from the pics the waist could use some tightening as it makes me look portly (the downward angle of the pic certainly doesn't help). The 2nd pic shows how it looks if I pull the excess material in from the back. I feel the shoulders and sleeves aren't perfect but ok enough that I'm not bothered. I had to get the long version because otherwise the sleeves would be way too short.

Should I have anything else done to it? Maybe shorten the length of the jacket a bit?



PS. Yes, I know I should have it unbuttoned when worn with a waistcoat. Also those blue and brown lines are some sort of anomaly caused by the iPhone 4 camera.

Supress the waist a bit - fine - but not much
Shorten the jacket - no - it's not too long
Leave the sleeves as is - definitely not - have them let out they are too short.

Just lengthen the sleeves. Nice fit overall.
