I ordered these as an MTO but they don't fit as I'd like. They were worn once. I had them hemmed to just over 30.5 inches from the crotch seam. I also have the portion that was cut off in case you need to lengthen them a lot, although there is material left as is. The top of the waistband was adjusted to 13.75 inches across. No adjustments anywhere else, and of course it can still be let out. I also removed the fabric around that seat that is not really necessary (not the pants, but the blue and white fabric).
