    What causes wrinkles in the arms of a dress shirt?

    It seems as though even if I iron a shirt very well but then put it on and move my arms a lot (I have muscular arms that crinkle the shirt when I lift them) it gets wrinkeled very easily. Is this normal? Is there something I can do about this?
