Dude, no ****, but if you can post a pic of your lower body... only way to tell if they'd be a good fit. 5'5" 155lbs is going to be borderline.. No picture at the moment.. but measured size of my SEXIH07BK is 11.5" but I slimmed down and I'm probably at about 11" thighs right now.. let me know- k1d.

^^ My exp. too. Also, thigh and leg opening are quite slim relative to top block, so these seem to not be an option unless you have average to below average thighs/ass (and like a skinny calf area). I think these are very similar to the S/S 10 West Point Chinos, but in a slightly thicker cotton. Generally w+h pants are a tad over sized in the waist and seat. A marked 30 will most likely be just fine for a 31" waist. I would not advise sizing up. I size down my w/h pants and I think a lot...- k1d.
