SF thrift stores have great stuff, and definitely plan on having it tailored. $50 suit plus $50 in alterations can look like a damn good piece if you're careful.- jo-fu

What belts do I need?

square (?) toe loafers. Acceptable or definite NO?
worse than anything is the square bicycle toe, like: ouch that's uggers. I'm generally opposed to square toes. These look reasonably okay, though personally that buckle doesn't do much for me. and besides, all my bicycle shoes look like this:- jo-fu

Maybe I should refine that a little. I'm not personally crazy about the collar. Its very soft and light, doesn't seem to have much if any structure to the placket either. Maybe that's your thing, maybe not. And if you do go with them be careful with the body measurements and if I was doing it...- jo-fu

Thick as Thieves says my 43" chest is too big?
there is only really one main pattern for the TaT suits, and it can only be scaled so far before it starts to look out of proportion because it is so slim to begin with. Its a relatively low volume operation and Jason would much rather not sell you a suit than sell you one that doesn't look great.- jo-fu
