I ordered a Birkin in Laurier Evergrain, and because it is a new colour it may be a while before it arrives in the store. Out of curiosity, what is the current starting price for a Birkin bag? Depends on numerous factors: size, leather, place of purchase. But generally speaking, an "entry level" Birkin is in the $10,000. range.- CentralParkWest

That must be a typo, I've never seen TF shoes, or any for that matter, listed for that much at any retail location. Tom Ford, Madison Avenue store, i held in my hand a pair of shoes in which the price was $10,400 (plus tax). Not a typo...ten thousand four hundred dollars....Off The Rack.- CentralParkWest

Money clips: always tacky?
Tacky? No. But what is the point? Don't they simply add more weight and bulk? Isn't it quicker and more secure these days to use a card? I, for one, like getting the points... (so I carry very little cash) And just for the record, it's becoming increasingly difficult to use cash.- CentralParkWest
