    I went with M nomad and L cam, I'm 5'10". I think I could've gone either M or L with either. I feel you with the waffling. One thing about the cord shirt is that it's soft and thin, so even though there's a lot of room in the body when I got a L, it drapes pretty nice and doesn't look boxy.
