Things That Are Bothering You, Got You All Hibbeldy-Jibbeldy, or just downright pissed, RIGHT NOW!

Wouldn't this be considered 'contempt of the Court' in USA?

    Brogues

Cheaney are excellent shoes (metal eyelets apart :sarcasm:) and during sales one can pick nice deals. Too bad they no more ship to Italy.

    HERE AND NOW

With this you mean a jacket without front darts, don't you? I too like such a cut, but I still haven't found anything I really liked. I guess that, having less possibility to 'play' with darts, the maker has to have great tailoring skills to make a 'sack' that doesn't look like a sack once worn...

    The Look goes on...

Cheers Duke. I like tweed, in general (as you can easily dress it up or down) and I find houndstooth and herringbone ones are quite versatile. Mine, I'd say, is a little loud and thus best suited for when I'm at peace with me and the world (or, said in a bolder way, I feel IDGAF). Yet, in more...

I'm not sure if Harris Tweed is a Mod thing, anyway at least the cut of this Dunn&Co. vintage jacket should be. (cross post from 'Here and Now thread)

    Brogues

Thank you. Tbh, they'd be in need of a resole to be almost like new, but I don't know a cobbler I trust enough ...

    HERE AND NOW

Good analysis. I lean towards formal, by choice, but I like a nice tweed jacket and am thinking about a fisherman knit sweater (natural or navy blue). About shoes - shame on me, but I usually trade Italian shoes for English ones. Side note: yesterday I had my first shot of Pfizer and am bound...

    Brogues

I appreciate the thought and yes, I guess they would fit me, but my recent splurge on Grenson black brogues has to be the last for some time to come. Today I gave some love to my most coveted brogues : Church in "real cape buck", bought new about 35 years ago. They are labeled as 'vintage' on...

@Munky ... we managed to introduce, in a shoe care thread, a guy who was named "omnium mulierum vir et omnium virorum mulier" ... There's enough to get both banned! Yours (in academic dissent about brushes), Luigi

(A table. Brushes, lotions, waxes, are on it. Munky looks at them and speaks to himself) "How weary, stale, flat, and unprofitable Seem to me all the uses of shoe care!"
