I personally love three-button jackets, no matter the cut.

A slim 60s-type jacket, in a hard material like mohair or an alpaca weave, has to be one of the best jackets ever for fun.

I prefer "Ivy" sack jackets, without padding and with a 3/2 roll, but i have a couple of English 3B jackets though.

With this you mean a jacket without front darts, don't you?
I too like such a cut, but I still haven't found anything I really liked. I guess that, having less possibility to 'play' with darts, the maker has to have great tailoring skills to make a 'sack' that doesn't look like a sack once worn.
Would you share your experiences?
(Btw, your British cut jackets are nice too, especially the brown one!)

Back in Toledo, Ohio for a Covid-delayed wedding. I grew up here. RLPL linen shirt and Sage de Cret linen shorts.

I mentioned them when i ordered them, but didn't post a picture yet of my White Lois jeans.

They are maybe a tad slim to my liking, but for €30 i won't complain. The rise is good and the cotton is nice, fluffy, and thin, perfect for hot summer.
They will do the trick with espadrilles during my imminent holidays on the French Riviera, or with loafers or sneakers in the City.
If you are not familiar with Lois jeans, it's a cheap Spanish brand (now Canadian i think) that is quite popular in Europe for a long time.

Lois cords were very popular amongst the casuals back in the 80's here in the UK. I owned a pair of Lois jumbo cords in a beige colour.

Yeah it seems there is a kind of revival among the casuals these days with Lois cords (jacket and jeans), and denims.

Yorky we might have a France vs England in the Euro this year !;)
