    Yeah....I'm not really in "need" of anything right now just was curious with the changes recently made to the program what people's experiences have been. It seems at least on the surface it's not positive. And they have just raised their prices an additional $25 here in the US.

    Just received two custom made suits from SS. Delivered in just over two weeks and they nailed the sizing an consistency. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

    Honestly I think they do a pretty good job. I’ve had my frustrations in the past, but they always seem to make it right. Honestly, not a lot of other companies out there that let you add customer notes/requests and fulfill them the way they do.

    Trying that too. I’m being told the MTO process is being revamped… I really just wanna place a few orders. Never ran into a situation where it was this hard to give someone my money lol

    Tried that as well. Not much luck. I’d be happy with even Zignone, Guabello or Filarte. Just not a lot of options..

    And again, this isn’t directed at S&M… this practice occurs way too often with a lot of MTO providers.

    I don’t think anyone does or should expect a bespoke experience with online MTO. You should however expect to get the basic sizing correct. If a company has a size configuration model that allows certain adjustments, I assume they can handle said adjustments. The “oh well, sorry… tolerances”...

    I agree. I don’t remember these types of inconsistencies circa 2018, 2019. And again, when you’re commissioning an MTO suit, or sport coat… you are paying an additional fee for an item that is supposed to be made to spec. I see way too many comments where people are to accepting of the...
