    Herring Shoes - Experiences?

It mostly annoys me because I was told to wait for the sale because there would be discounts in the Classic range. Apparently I mistook that for all the Classic range. I wasn't expecting a large reduction either. As soon as they discount the Carnaby or Lambeth shoes I'll jump in.

    Herring Shoes - Experiences?

They didn't reduce the price of the two pairs I was looking at, which annoyed me. Mostly stuff they can't sell.

Was considering getting this River Island Military Coat. Does anyone know if the arm holes are low? I've been bitten by arm immobility in prior coat purchases.

Personally I wouldn't. You're wearing a black formal coat with informal pants. It'll look out of place, if not juvenile. If you to stand out, go for a slimmer cut outfit to show off your figure.

Are you measuring the cuff from centre of button to centre of the hole? Because that's the only logical way to do it. Use this next time: http://custom.luxire.com/pages/how-to-measure

Luxire Custom Clothing - Official Affiliate Thread

I got my first Luxire order today! I based it on a well fitting shirt I own, and made small adjustments. Seems to fit well in the shoulders. Not sure how to improve fit with my hyperlordotic back though (it already has darts), I might need to pin it up and see. Also, is the cuff sitting too...

Did you intend for the rise on those pants to be that high KingPSQ? Maybe it's the perspective of the image.

Well now it's in China. Even if you map out the points without the duplicate entry, it has gone toward Austria, and then back toward Australia. Someone screwed up.

I'm starting to think that FedEx screwed up and sent it toward Austria instead of Australia, noticed, and then sent it back the correct way.

Seems like my package is taking the scenic route! :P Bangalore > Mumbai > Dubai > France > Mumbai (again)

    Herring Shoes - Experiences?

I prefer rubber because it makes less noise on hardwood and generally lasts longer than leather. I honestly don't know much about competing stores. I'm still very much a novice.

    Herring Shoes - Experiences?

Thank you for the reply. With your advice I'm now looking at the Herring Lambeth in Conker Calf leather. Since I plan to wear this shoe regularly I figured a Dainite sole would give me greater grip for wetter days. What do you think? (As an aside, I was also thinking of swapping out the...

    Herring Shoes - Experiences?

I've been looking for a smart casual shoe, and noticed the Herring Edinburgh in Tan Calf. Is this a good shoe for someone who's just starting their shoe collection? I plan to wear this with dark indigo jeans and oxford button down shirts. By the way, are there any active discount codes? Cheers.

Hey there, thanks for the reply! The reason I was looking at the Riggers was because I intend to wear them daily, and I need them to withstand whatever winter throws at them (including heavy rain). I appreciate the skill it takes to make a boot like the Chelsea, but the style isn't something...

Just wondering if an R.M. Williams Rigger boot would be a good choice for someone starting a new wardrobe? I need something suitable for an Aussie autumn/winter that is versatile in terms of outfit combos.

RM Williams Boots - Everything You Wanted to Know

Hey everyone! I'm a bit of a novice with fashion and style in general. I've been trying to assemble a new wardrobe and I'm looking at boots (preferably those available in Australia). I have my eye on a pair of R.M. Williams Rigger boots as shown here. Are these a good choice for an everyday...
