    I am pretty certain on the neck size. 15 1/2 is a tight, but good fit. I have trouble buttoning a 15 neck. The other problem is, if I decrease the neck size, then the shoulder seams are not broad enough to meet my shoulder blades.

    I have tried the slim fit non-iron shirts which were pretty large in the waist. I have yet to try the extra slim fit. I will give them a shot when I get a chance. Lol, I am sorry. They provide the only shirt that I have found which fits me well off the rack.
