With all the ID talk I decided to check out the pop-up they're having in Charlotte and was pleasantly surprised by it in person. My last meal before moving out of PDX was Gado Gado, and I was definitely not disappointed! I think they're still doing it as a Rice Table menu (so basically multi-plate prix fixe) but I think they change it up pretty frequently. Would def recommend.
