Agreed. I no longer buy any OTR "high-rise" trousers from S&M because of this very fact. Their "high-rise" is really more like a mid-rise if you ask me, and I wear a 32...- thedose

Would've also had to sew/stitch in a buttonhole for it to attach to, and the way that the chest flaps are structured doesn't really allow for that -- I thought about it, but it's one of those things where altering it would only make things weird- thedose

Returned the khaki trench. While it fit great in shoulders, sleeves needed very minor (if any) adjustment -- I just couldn't get past it NOT having that internal button (as ALL DB coats have it, why is this trench lacking it?), the massive collar for my size, and the weird ass pocket flaps...- thedose

What to do with emerald green wool trousers?
I have an emerald green wool VBC s/c that I use from time to time (I often find myself grabbing it instead of my navy one), and I always seem to get compliments when wearing it too *shrug*. If your trousers fit well, i'd just keep them- thedose

I would've just gotten a matching green jacket and turned those trousers into a suit -- but I'm bold, so that idea will likely not fit in too well around here :cool: OP, any specific reason why you decided to get those commissioned in the first place?- thedose

I think that's why they've started including a set of buttons inside the rear vent (at least my DB camel overcoat and S&M trench both have it) But man, that looks great -- smart move getting it sewn in!
