I say the same thing as I said before - it’s made of cheap Chinese cashmere - same as you find in a high street store for about £100 a jumper . It’s rubbish compared to the real thing . Nothing personal IC btw - just an easily research able fact .- dopeman

Like comparing a Burberry coat with a high st one .. Sunspel is sunspel because of the Sea Island cotton they use . Sure high st retailers sell cashmere jumpers for £100 - but a real one (£4-500) will not bobble and will last a lifetime - much like a sunspel t shirt compared with a uniqlo one .- dopeman

Yes Mr K . Also the white lines that develop in the outside seam where the selvedge is . My preference is that there is no hem required at all, then the original hem ( Levi’s especially ) develops what is called a “rope” or “ roping effect” which looks perfect over time. . Yes ! No lighter suede footwear . Jackets and tops too. Limits your choice of what to wear with them . It’s actually a bit of a pain to live with the dye transfer issue, but worth it after a year or two and a couple of washes . That’s the turn up style I’m gonna try on the next raw/unwashed pair I buy. Gets a nice look at the hem over time when the denim starts to fade . Btw - Yorky, as regards to washing etc with raw denim . I tend to wear them infrequently at first and leave them outside on a cold (dry!) night or...- dopeman
