Thanks. I have a place, but was really hoping to fix this with polish. Looks like that’s not going to happen. Other lesson learned here is that the pebbled leather used in their drivers is much more durable. I’ve had 4 pebbles pairs for years and never a single issue like this. Ferragamo drivers to be precise and I’m a bit of an addict. This is one of the few pairs I have in the smooth leather; never again. It all started with a very innocent water spot which I tried to “remove” with some water and a microfiber clothe... that resulted of course in a ton of due transfer...- shoosensuits

Yep, just routine cleaning. I've had good success with Bick 5 on several walnut pairs. It's a nice all in one solution without having to fuss with separate polish for a nice, quick refresh/condition of the leather. Allen Edmonds Appreciation Thread 2016 - News, Pictures, Sizing, Accessories, Clothing, etc
Decided to take some Bick 5 to a pair of bourbon Mora 2.0s and had a devastating outcome. The Bick stripped a ton of the finish, especially in one area on the inside of the shoe, which now looks like a quarter sized chunk of polish is missing. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm normally a 9.5E on the 108 but can do either 9.5E or 10D with the Mora, using center holes for both buckles in both sizes. Extremely comfortable and good looking shoe if you can get a good pair. Took me 4 rounds to get a decent one and it's still probably going back for imperfections.- shoosensuits

Anyone have pics of the steen in action? Got them half-off brand new and they fit great but I normally don't wear slip ons for BCD. They just don't look right with dress slacks and I won't wear them with jeans. Chinos for sure, but again I'd like to see some pics. TIA- shoosensuits

Got my Steens from the 6pm sale. Love the shoe, the right feels good but the left feels loose laterally. Concerned that with a slip on, they should be tight out of the box. Does anone have any feedback on The City (201 last) or are they too new? I normally still to the 108 for a more elongated toe but there's nothing new on that last. I absolutely hate the 65 last for its roundness and overall bulkiness... is 201 then a bad idea for me?- shoosensuits

Where to find cheap yet decent velvet slippers
Couldn't find any on the aldo site. Going with a dark navy velvet jacket, black tuxedo trousers, white shirt. Which color bowtie? Have black on standby but was thinking something textured? Also, what color velvet loafers- black or dark navy?- shoosensuits
