Inverse pants cuffs?
It would seem the color of the "exposed" material would be a shade lighter than that of the non-exposed thereby negating any possible use for the excess material. Now I could be wrong... I doubt there will be significant change in color, unless I really expose it to the sun or wear the hell out...- Finsen

Inverse pants cuffs?
It works - you get the weight of a pair of cuffs, but not the outward appearance of them. It only is a bit tricky to do if your pants are markedly tapered. Inverse pants cuffs?
Since I haven't decided if I want cuffs or not on my suit pants, an idea came up. What if I do inverse cuffs on the pants? I agree, they should measure you from the ground up. I see the point of asking for a shirt that fits to get an idea of the style you are looking for, but that shouldn't be the basis of the new shirt. Basted Sleeves and adding buttons without button holes?
Should definitely go with a functioning cuff. Since the sleeves are made to allow functioning cuffs added on, you should take advantage of that and make them real functioning cuffs.- Finsen

New gap denim
If you are in a similar pair in a non selvedge straight fit, it is in all likelihood the Resin rinse straight fit which didn't stretch AT ALL. Apples and oranges. The skinny dark selvedge will stretch. I have both. Both are not stretching for me.- Finsen

Can This Be Altered to Fit? Or Should It Just Be Dumped? [Pics]
If it still has the tags on, I would say go return it. You are probably not going to get any money back, but at least you should be able to get store credit. Then get something that fits better.- Finsen
