I agree with the lighter gray being more of a warmer weather color, so that works down here in south carolina where winters are short. However I am still very drawn to the darker gray check. I appreciate your input friend!- Cathosuiter

I don't wear them in a work environment, only at mass on Sunday or when I just feel like dressing stylishly. I know darker gray is generally more formal which might seem better for mass etc but nowadays nobody really wears suits anyway so I feel like light gray it totally acceptable in that...- Cathosuiter

I'm hoping with some alterations my tailor can fix this suit up to fit me much better. He says he can save it. I've checked out the website of Spier & Mackay, and I keep getting "no products found" when I click on the suit section. Hi Aj, thanks for your input. I do have long arms and legs, with a pretty small torso. I'm glad to hear the length is ok. For the sleeves, I'm hoping they can be let out an inch. As for the back, I guess the tailor can have a look to see if enough fabric can be let out to get something closer to...- Cathosuiter

The jacket is too short? It's an inch past where my butt ends, and about two inches past the fork of the trousers.. How much longer do you think it should be? I agree it's too tight. Thanks- Cathosuiter
