4. Many moons ago I was consigned a large wardrobe from a we’ll to do SF member. Among the John Lobb’s, Loro Piana etc was an exquisite Kiton navy silk suit. The silk fabric had visible slubs. I thought it was the baddest ass suit I’d ever seen. It just struck me as a suit that belonged to someone that has long been calling his own shots and likes to “stealthily” stand out from the crowd. Anyway, this fabric is the closest I’ve seen to that suit. It’s 240 grams, 100% silk with slubs navy mini herringbone. From afar this would be just another navy suit/sport coat. From a bit closer, this is something very unique.
5. This fabric is actually labeled Trabaldo Togna, I won’t act like I know a lot about them but they are the mill that Brioni uses. This is 88% cashmere 12% silk, Birdseye with a spongy feel and a open weave. Beautiful shade of blue, I’m picturing a sport coat for the next James Bond to wear at a jazz club in Switzerland.
