Goodyear welt. Soles are double leather and they are the hardest wearing I've ever come across. The boots have gotten a bit of use but the soles have hardly worn down at all. These things are tanks. Purchased used and weren't a great fit for me so I'm reposting. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
Note: The lace on the right boot is busted (see photo). Viberg sells replacements (at a premium), but you can probably find something cheaper elsewhere if that's your preference.
