In excellent condition, with almost no wear on the sole. Worn about 15 times, but the original insole is actually new. That's because, while I was wearing these, I took the original insoles out and used a thinner insole to give me more room.
For sizing reference, I am a 10.5D on the Brannock, wear a 10E in Alden Barrie, and would be between 43 and 44 in CPs if such a size existed.
