NIB Ferragamo Tramezza Wingtip Derby Spectator, 6.5EE

$1,400. Hand-Welted, Unique Construction, Retail Set - Rare Size

£450 O.B.O

---

Exquisite full-brogue Spectator/Co-Respondent shoe from Ferragamo, in an extraordinary Tri-Colour combination of Black, "Newsprint" & "Saxony Blue". Will look amazing with blue, grays or black trousers.

Derby executed in an English style but remaining lightweight and suitable for the warmer months; Leather stacked heel, made with a half-leather outsole and rubber-topper design for superior lightness.

Ferragamo Tramezza models feature the peerless construction quality of Hand-Welting, together with Salvatore's own original innovation of replacing the usual mid-sole with the "tramezza" [It. partition]. This comprises many layers of leather stuck together to form a singular thick but flexible mass with unmatched cushioning. On wearing, the pressure & body-heat results in exceptional molding to the wearers foot while still preserving the sculpted outer shape of the shoe. These crafting characteristics combined result in footwear of unique comfort and support together with supreme durability.

Tramezza construction pieces undergo over six hours of expert handwork with 160 phases of operation, and are lasted for a duration of four full days before completion.

Sizing

Please be aware that Ferragamo's proprietary sizing is *extremely* large and more closely tracks to UK sizes (despite everything that is published and stated by the company, which has for many years and bizarrely continues to insist claiming they follow US sizing numbers).

As such US buyers should as a rule take a full size down in Ferragamo from their usual US Standard Size; i.e. these would be more suitable for a US7 to 7.5.

Sparsely Produced 6.5 size. Ferragamo Wide EE Fitting is more in line with a US Regular Width.

Total Outsole Length: 11-5/16" | 287mm
Outsole Width At Widest Point: 4" | 102mm

Retail purchased from ferragamo.com and delivered directly from Florence. Includes the full retail set with 2 x cotton dust bags and will be sent in the original Ferragamo outer shipping box.
