Bespoke florentine navy suit

A bespoke suit by Francesco Guida, made in a typical florentine tailoring tradition. Guida won the Golden Scissors award in Italy in 2006 and worked as cutter at Liverano for many years before opening his own house just outside of Florence.

The suit was made for me during a trunkshow in Denmark a couple of years back. I have used the suit 5 or 6 times, for weddings etc. It is in very good condition. It cost 2420 Euro when I purchased it. I think their prices have gone up a bit since then.

The suit is typical florentine with no front darts, a handpadded lapel and a bit shorter jacket. It is a dark navy twill 13/14 oz. I don't remember the mill, unfortunetly. Its almost identical to a Liverano silhoutte.

Jacket:
Notch lapel
Barchetta breast pocket
2 button closure
Flapped pockets
Functional button cuffs (4)

Trousers:
Single outward pleat
Turn ups
Belt loops

Sizing: This is a european size 44. I am a small, skinny guy. I weigh 66 kg and I am 173 cm tall. This fit me like a glove. So if you are a small skinny guy, this should fit you. As it is a bespoke suit, there is fabric inlay to account for any necessary alterations, within reason.

Note alle measurements are taken on garment laying flat and are in cm.

Jacket:
Shoulder 44 cm (measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam)
Half chest 43 (measured from pit to pit when jacket lays flat)
Half waist 38 (measured at closing button height with jacket laying flat)
Jacket length 69 cm (measured from just below the collar on the back to the bottom of jacket).
Collar height 3 cm (measured at the back of collar)
Sleeve lenght 58 cm (measured from crown to cuff)

Trousers:
Waistband height 3 cm
Rise including waistband 26 cm (total rise from top of trouser down to fork)
Half waist 38 cm
Half hip 42 cm
Inseam 74 cm
Outseam 97
Half thigh 23 cm
Half knee 20 cm
Half opening 18 cm
Turnups height 5 cm.
