Hey friends, for those of you that have SUPERSTAR, did you have free expesss shipping normally? I am and did but I noticed this week they are charging about $15 USD for express shipping now. Has anyone experienced this?

I have returned a TON of the dollar value of my purchases lately - my total purchase for the last two months was about $10k and I only kept around 25% of that. Might they be penalizing me?

I'm not sure, but my superstar status seemed to have disappeared in the last month or so. I tend to think I would have hit the $$ requirement but I don't know for sure

First time Yoox shopper here. What's the maximum Yoox discount % you've seen?

I've seen a compelling piece at 78% off. Is this a good percentage?

Curious to know how the experienced Yoox shoppers manage the game of chicken of waiting for a higher discount vs the risk of an item selling out before that higher discount comes through.
