I wore them for about 3 hours today. My feet did hurt during the first 15 minutes of walking, but overall very comfortable afterwards. True to size even for a chukka boot and in suede.

Aside from their dedication to everything handmade and sturdy construction without cutting corners (e.g. like how "V455" uses fiberboard for their heel base), I would say that ZB's best feature would be their stunning lasts. The leather laces and Vibram soles on this pair and on the 2 other ZB pairs I have are also features that I like.

I can't remember ever seeing more than 10% off. Once a year they waive MTO fees, sometimes they waive it on certain models and sometimes I've seen them offer free shipping.
