Maybe the wheelchair recharges the thing. Pretty high tech for a hobo. Or who knows, in SF, he could have been some Internet tycoon.

this reminds me of that one time i killed a hobo and hid his body in an abandoned warehouse. and zoolander haha.

There's a fella stands in the underpass near Tower Hill station in London. Immaculate in a suit, with a gold piggy bank. I think the recession's hitting though, because he's started twanging a little pink guitar.

I'll try and get a pic.
