To stem the flow of PMs I am getting on these I will just list the sources here. I didn't do it in the first place because they can be hard to get sometimes but I have all I want now.

With online sources be sure to call and ask for some other configuration of color/hi/lo if you don't see what you want. What they have online is not always representative of their actual stock and not nearly representative of what the manufacturer actually produces.

2. http://www.skateworks.com/store/index.php?cPath=77_84

3. http://www.papichulosonline.com/shoes.html

4. ebay http://stores.ebay.com/Steves-Surplu...638.m118.l1247 click on men's shoes

5. The best way is to find someone in LA to proxy them for you. You will get a better selection and it will probably still be cheaper than ordering online even after paying a proxy fee.

These shoes run true to size for me. I wear a size 10 or 43 in most shoes and a 10 in these fit me fine. I hope that answers everyones questions. Godspeed.

These don't seem that great... but I'm just curious as to where you can find them in LA (or Orange County)?

They're not that great. At all. They are just cheap and some people like the way they look (similar shape to Clark's desert boots but canvas). I'll let a member from LA answer your question about where to get them down there.

They come out with a little coaxing but the shoes are roomy enough to put in inserts without removing the manufacturers.

Call the places I listed or try SLB23 at 501 N. Fairfax. Other than that, hit up some local Army/Navy stores.

I have had three 3 or 4 pairs and they have all been true to size without any stretching. Be sure to get insoles though.
