i bought some red fleece stuff on saleDoes anyone recall if the Red Fleece stuff ever goes on sale? I've had my eye on that madras sport coat for a while now, but the Red Fleece stuff is seemingly always excluded from any promotions or sales going on.
Meh. If they come back, hopefully they come back as a better managed business that gives a **** about customer service. I expect the name (having value) will survive in some way, shape or form, even if it really isn't quite the same as it was before. Their customer service was awful and I don't think many of us with experience dealing with them over time are remotely surprised. I refused to shop from them anymore after a series of completely botched experiences and, moreover, their horrible responses to those problems.
No really worth a lot of time but read back through this thread and lots of stuff about the website being garbage (well, I posted that it was "garbage on fire" like a page back on this thread but others have had bad experiences as well). I had many poor experiences over time, the last of which involved sizing issues on various products that were absolutely nowhere near the listed size and failing to ship items and then subsequently cancelling the order for those items and not even informing me that they had done so until a week or so later. Oh - and then seeing that Brooks had RELISTED those same items a few days later (showing them in stock again despite canceling on me without notice). Customer service was like "wow, you've had some really bad luck!" No solution or discount or suggestion of any kind.Would you care to share?
