A rare pair of Alden boots in size 10.5D

Comes with original box, Alden shoe trees and bags. Boots have been worn, please see photos for condition. This is an once in a lifetime boot, Alden has stated they will no longer make shoes with Color #4 cordovan. Selling as these boots haven't been worn in a long time and would be appreciated more by another Alden collector. Always brushed before and after wear, stored in bags and cared for by Saphir products.
The boots are made with Horween Color 4 shell cordovan leather - a beautiful red / brown color. As cordovan shades vary in different lighting the in person color may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Photos taken with shoe trees inserted. More photos are available if needed. There is no reserve price and I've listed the BIN price at slightly less than what the previous Color 4 boot sold at two years ago ($3050).
These boots are tagged 10.5D and made on the Barrie last which fits approximately half size large. Please know your sizing as I cannot accept returns for boots not fitting. International buyers, these boots will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail Express International with full insurance. Package will be marked as goods and value at which boots sold for. This is non-negotiable. If shipping cost is less than what you paid, the difference will be refunded.
All sales are final. Please know your sizing. Items are sold as is and by tagged and / or marked size. Measurements should only be used as a guide. New items may show evidence of prior handling.
