Is there interest in buying shirt lengths of vintage fabrics? I recently purchased the contents of the shirtmaking business from Alex Kabbaz. Mostly 36" /90cm fabric woven in the previous century. From mills that no longer exist in France, England, and Italy. There is plenty of Alumo that feels much nicer than what is produced today.
Broadcloth, voile, cotton/wool.
There is more fabric than I can sell as shirts.
My question, is there enough interest to set up a site to sell to forum members who use other shirtmakers.

There are 3 yard display lengths, but mostly small to medium. Rolls so can order what is needed.
My staff has been soaking lengths in oxyclean with excellent results.

Amazing stuff, which you already know. I’d suggest two options:

1) Set up a simple Google Sheets with embedded link to a photo of each length of fabric. Put in your price per length / metre (as appropriate) which includes your cost of doing business.

2) Post here and elsewhere your offer for new clients to have the lengths made up. I for one haven’t ordered shirts from you before but could be persuaded because of the fabrics you now have. I’m sure I am not alone. So the aim here is to make things as easy as possible, and avoid price being an obstacle, for those who might otherwise chose option (1) but would be willing to order direct.

Ppk thank you for taking the time to search. I know the cloth for the one I showed came from
Carlo Barbera, but I couldn't find it. I was actually looking for recommendations on where else to who else might have a similar cloth to commission something similar with my tailor.
