Both are fine, but I prefer the wider lapel on the secondLooking for a summer lightweight blend of wool/linen/cotton. Wear with jeans, light colored khakis/chinos, etc. What do you think of one of these two choices ? View attachment 2145089 View attachment 2145091
Thank you very much for your comment Very perceptive of you - the first one has their standard 2.75 lapels, and the other is 3.5 standard. Because these will be made to measure for me I will be getting 4 inch lapels for either due to my proportional jacket size. Both are fine, but I prefer the wider lapel on the second
Thank you for the comment and helpful representative photo. I feel the first one is kind of a light "bluejeans blue" and more social fun summer jacket, and the second more grey blue and a bit more business like.I prefer a paler shade of light blue like what The Armoury had a couple of seasons ago:

It's surprisingly easy to pair with trousers (from navy to mid grey to light grey to light taupe/beige to khaki). For shirts I've only worn it with solid white or white/blue stripes.
I'm definitely biased but I don't like the 2.75 lapels. All my jackets are ~3.5. I think in terms of color I also prefer the second fabric. Nice patterns too.T

Ya either jacket is available with 4 " lapels. I have decided on the second one just because I think its nicer looking fabric. Absolutely the second one, lovely cloth and nice proportioned lapels.
