For sale is a Rolex Tudor Prince Oysterdate automatic watch, ref. 74000. This is a 34mm gents watch that is similar to the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date. For those who don't know, Tudor is Rolex's sister brand and uses Rolex oyster cases, dials, hands, and crowns, but ETA movements. This features an ETA 2824 workhorse movement within the Rolex case. Watch has a silver dial and "stick" hour markers, and magnified quickset date display. Very clean crystal and dial, and just a touch of wear on the hands. Comes fitted with a brand new black alligator grain leather strap. This watch has serial # 709XX, which dates to approximately 1984 (when they restarted the numbers).
I recently had this watch cleaned and fully serviced by Yuri at Yuri's Watches in June 2013, who is considered to be the best in Boston. (http://www.yuriswatches.com/). That is a $200 value right there (which is what I paid). It keeps excellent time and is ready to wear.
