Trouser Length in Khaki Pants

Hi everyone. This is my first post on Styleforum.
My workplace is business-casual. I normally wear khaki's with oxfords to work, and have had them hemmed to the length I like--with a very slight break, like you might wear with a suit. My question is on khaki length: should they be worn slightly longer, as with jeans (I tend to wear my jeans about two inches longer than my other pants)? Are khaki's considered very casual? I guess I'm wondering if I should bother to have my khaki's tailored in the future.
Thanks!

Slight break would be my preference. I don't like them puddling around my shoes. Jeans tend to stack and have a narrower opening than most khakis so they look OK longer. The custom now seems to be to cuff jeans and often khakis as well. This is OK when on vacation by the beach, but to me it looks silly in the city or the office.

Personally, I tend to wear khakis about the same length as my jeans (32 inch inseam), which is 2 inches longer than my dress pants. I've found that wearing 30 inch inseam jeans and khakis look too short on me. Also, you probably want to accommodate for some shrinking with khakis and jeans since they are made of cotton.
