If HT doesn't work, Chan has the opposite problem. Better tailored clothing but the shirts are not as good.

I ordered a pair of pants from Joe in the fall.

There's no handwork (maybe they could add some if I asked) but the fit is actually excellent and there are no problems with the construction.

The interlining in the waistband is noticeably stiff but I imagine that could be changed as well.

I don't care about handwork on trousers but I do care that the ones they made for me had ripples where they should have had straight lines.

I haven't noticed any ripples - though maybe I don't know where to look.

I'll try to remember to post a photo the next time I wear them.
