Firmly now encamped in Southern Oregon.
This whole place is chock full of Canadian wildfire smoke.
My hotel room tv is a 30" Vizio.
Every adult I've seen, male or female, is wearing a flannel shirt and work boots.

7am hockey game locker rooms, when everyone opens their bags to take out their putrid gear.

It’s not uncommon to go past houses up here that constantly have hockey pads and gear laid out on their driveways trying to let it air out. I think it’s a losing effort though.
Spent 6-7 years (? Squirt thru U16) ferrying our sons around NY/NJ travel circuit. Living in a NYC apartment we didn't have the luxury of a back porch/basement/driveway containment zone. At first we got some drying "trees" for their equipment & would febreze it all down in front of open windows. When the hormones really hit we just left everything in their bags which stayed in the (leased) car. Due to our relatively low mileage Acura would be chomping at the bit after a year to 'upgrade' the lease. Had a couple dealer encounters that were reminiscent of the Seinfeld Valet episode...

It's got to be just the sheer amount of padding that they wear and how thick all those pads are. One of my nephews was a goalie all the way up until college and all of that stuff seemed exponentially worse than the rest of my nephews who played other positions.

Delta rescheduled our Hawaii flights (both moved 8-12 hours). Moved our 9am flight to 6pm and our 2pm return flight to 11pm. Why on earth would anyone accept those changes?
