Fairly sure im not gonna make my uni offer, which means no LSE and no maths degree and I don't really want to take my back up offer. May just take a year out, but I don't know if I'll get in when I reapply with my A levels. I could take another year out, re take my A levels and then reapply the year after, but that means I have to wait 2 years to go to uni. I'm moved a year forward already though so it would be only a year later, but its still **** to have to wait that long. Also my girlfriends mum can't cook for ****, when I ask for eggs and some toast I don't expect for the toast to be shredded into tiny little bit and then cooked into the eggs, literally wtf is that.

Take a gap year, either travel, or work, or both, depending on your inclination and do a post qualification application. LSE may still let you in even if you don't make your offer, if you only miss by a little bit.
If you really bomb then re-taking might be your best option. I took a gap year, worked and travelled, and it was a great experience. It helped me think about what I wanted to do after university and gave me some decent stuff for my CV as well as being fun. If you do end up having to retake your A levels it is not the end of the world, you will find more variety in first year students ages than you might expect and no one really cares how old you are.

Bullshit weather. hotter than satan's asscrack, so muggy. But sadly I cant be on the water as its on the brink of storming, but not actually storming yet. I hate this brink weather, is like a doctor that draws out giving you a shot. just get it over with.

I feel like I'm in limbo. Basically just waiting to move to Vancouver and it's getting frustrating on a couple different levels.

Yeah, it was ridiculously hot here today. I went to a Bastille Day block party but had to leave after a beer because that heat, plus a crowd and alcohol equals me passing out from heat exhaustion in short order. Just too hot to do anything but either float in a body of water or sit in A/C.

was at Girmaldi's pizza yesterday. I'm not going to complain/be pissed off about the line though... because everyone has to deal with it..

I was pissed off because I was waiting a red light and actually had a guy come up to my open window and ask me to move so he "could go through". I was confused and figured out he actually thought that I was blocking his way. I pointed up and said "its a red light" and looked in my rear view mirror and see an SUV (being driven by a young woman).

I have no doubt that this guy was probably on a date with a clueless driver who didn't bother looking up and seeing a damn traffic light.

In fairness the guy apologized. Hope you weren't ordered by the lady to go out and confront me, man... it could be a telling sign about things to come with that woman.

I feel great today. Best Monday in a while.

I could be at the beach being serviced by a dozen beautiful blondes while sipping an ice-cold Sprite and I'd still be sad because it's Monday.

The guy seems like a dead ringer for plenty on this forum.

Obviously. I'd much rather be at work contributing to the GDP.

The good thing about being in Canada is that there are a lot of hard workers to pick up the slack. ^__^

Not only is my hunt for a roommate going extremely poorly, but today, I got an email responding to my ad with a cock shot in it. And not a tiny one. Last line of the message "I need to find somebody who's ok with me walking around in just my briefs."
