Do you know of a specific one that is best?

I don't know about best, but I just visited Wasteland in the Upper Haight and it had a lot of stuff from SWD-type brands and designers (some of it at quite good priced; I picked up a Rick mollino for $250). CdG, Dries, RRL, some YSL rice gauche wide wool pants for whoever was looking for that. tbh I was pretty surprised.

That also puts you near several other thrift shops
