I just emailed Epaulet about making a version in black wool.

Which might be the most un-Epaulet thing they'd ever make. But come on, it would be dope, right?

I'd be down for a long version of that in tropical wool

I have the Charles Pant in gray oxford and that's a great fabric as well. I want to give the USN pants a shot too, maybe next summer

i cant say i love or hate polos. i think that within the SF world they are hard to pull off well, both in MC and SWD, but not impossible. i have seen polo fits here that i liked a lot.

I can't believe I'm coming late to the great polo debate of 2014. It's good to see that there are strong opinions on both sides of the aisle. I'm of the mind that the polo is a great and versatile shirt but most happen to be executed poorly with boxy cuts, poor fabric, floppy collars, etc. So for the last year and a half I've been working on designing a better polo shirt and I'm a few months out from launching. My pre-launch website is www.gestaltclothing.com. I'll have more updates to share soon.
