I have one of them. Indeed, it is surprisingly light and breezy — much more so than their denim and canvas. Also very dry to the touch on the inside, what I find much nicer in summer than soft fabrics like on the tencel chores.

I have a brown one. It is one of the most worn Drake's items in my house, and very suitable for warmer weather.

The same goes for the needlecord trousers by the way. They are so light! Perfect for spring.

Anyone know brands similar to Drake's that offer thin dark brown leather belts with a gold buckle? Not looking for a cheaper alternative, but something in the same vein. What other brands offer similar belts other than Berg and Berg, and Natalino?

I had one, this corduroy is very light, totally suitable for Spring imho.

They come up a little bit smaller than the Heavy Cotton Twill Chores in my experience.

I'm curious what other people's recs are too. I've heard good things about Tie Your Tie out of Japan (they're sold at No Man Walks Alone and The Armoury), and I've recently been looking at Shibumi Firenze out of Italy. They've got a deep stock.

I would think Shibumi, maybe HN White would be most similar, also Vanda for something a bit more special.
