My new pair of 401s size 32 TTS. I can button them without effort, I think the fit pretty nice, should I go 1 size down? Does these stretch a lot like APCs?

Well I think that they are too tight lol, After one day wearing them they are a bit constrictive on the top block I donMt know if this is norma with 100% cotton raw denim, my last pairs got elastane

Maybe but I've read that unbranded barely stretch out, I'm gonna try to size up and decide. Its difficult for me to bend to lace my shoes for example

Purchased one each in tapered 14.5 and 11 oz, size 34, and they're tight, but I'm able to button up all the way. However, I feel the rise is too short, and am afraid going up to 36 would make them too loose after break-in. Should I expect that rise would increase by .5-1" after break-in?

I hate you @ben2t !!! 9 months later with one sea soak and my jeans still look brand spanking new. Grrrr!!!!

no. i have 14.5oz in 34 and did not experience a notable increase in rise.

Bought a pair of 307 straight chinos, not a lot of fit pics, so I thought I'd share:

32 waist, normally wear a 30 but went by measurements. Very happy. Good pants.
