Time to give this thread a bit of life.

This thread needs more posts! :) @manasdirge was especially hoping for more tips from you because I think we're around the same size and face the same issues.

I wear UK5 Herring, Jalan Sri Wijaya for laceups, and have low volume slightly flat feet. Just yesterday while travelling I managed to find Carmina loafers to try on (unlined Uetam), and UK4 fit the best.

The Carmina website doesn't even display loafers in that size, so how do people get them apart from MTO? The salesperson at the store said that I could try writing to Carmina to ask them for the size.

I currently have two pairs of BNIB Ferragamo Tramezza (Hand-Welted) for sale here on the Classifieds;

You should have slapped the SA across the face with the back of your palm after getting that response (or maybe even the double-slap alternating to the inner palm, depending on the tone in which they delivered it to you).

Well my first thought is that you should properly measure your feet length and width(bare feet standing on a blank paper method, you can google it for detailed demo), then go from there.

You can't fit in both UK5 and UK4 shoes, the length will be off, which will hurt your feet in return.

I have come to the painful realization that sacrificing length for a firm fit will not work, at a dear price LOL.
