The right color cream/polish for the right color shoe

hi all

I always use shapir products to take care of my shoes (always black until this moment)

for this shoes (espresso color)



which one of these do you advise?


I would go for medium brown, following the rule to avoid, when possible, neutral... but I'm in doubt with light brown (is usually a good idea to use a lighter color when not sure) too and a friend of mine said that cognac could develop an interesting patina (but i think that is more red than in the photo)

Update: the cheaney customer service said that they advice black polish (!)
As for the cream btw i dont' think black is appropriate
