Anyone want me to pick up this 40 L brooks overcoat? No belt, but awesome lining. Ideas on vintage?

Hi! I deal mostly with Trad / Ivy stuff, so I have some exp. with vintage BB. The yellow on white with block letters is just an indication of 1960's - 1970's wash 'n' wear type stuff. That looks 1960's, but that is only my opinion. When BB started adding more to the tags later like "Established 1818" with "Dry Clean Only" etc. it's just an indication of early 1970's or later before the labels turned blue. This is not definitive b/c BB has done just about everything. Hope that helps. -M-

We're throwing away some mannequins at work. Maybe 5 male torsos, some fabric, some molded plastic. Will try to get some photos, just pay shipping.

Not sure if these photos will work on your computer as they'te from the mobile site. These are located near Denver, CO so local pickup isnt an option for most of you.

One stop yesterday on the way to umpire a baseball game, nothing really but three tags had not seen before, but were not in great shape:

First time seeing Zanella Platimum, Pal Zileri and Santorelli. The pants were O.K. but not great. The Zileri shirt was a Bluish/Redish color, but it looked like the back of the collar was fraying.
There was also another pair of Zanella pants in a 32 x 24!!!!

Those Zanella Platinums are very recent. Within 1-3 years old. Nice score on those! I saw the same "new style" waistband at NMLC a few weeks ago and actually found a pair a week after. The new stuff is amazing. Mine had a split curtain waistband and cool details like a purple inside front closure button and purple stitching on the button-hole.

Sometimes being able to pick out the quality stuff is a pain... I found 2 very nice jackets at the thrift at lunch... One was around a 46-48 in a warm soft cashmere blend made for RT Gentry here in town... No flippability and not my size
baldy[1].gif

Another was a custom bespoke suit jacket for someone around my size with pick stitched lapels, surgeon's cuffs, etc.... No pants and the arms were about 4 inches shorter than mine

I did get this jewelry armoir that was NWT though:
