PP.......Premature posting. Apparently I don't have this belt coming. One showing in my size in the system and he called the store to get it and they do not actually have it. Maybe not a madman but definitely disappointed.

I should clarify. I have two types of RRL shorts, one slimmer and one regular with bigger thighs and that fits larger through the seat. The slimmer ones have the triangle pattern stitching on the side pockets. They both have the same waist measurement, or close to it. If I sized down the slimmer type would be too tight in the thighs, and the regular fit type would be too tight in the waist.
The waist stretched a bit for me, but not enough to warrant sizing down.

Yeah the ones I have are the ones with the triangle stitching on the pockets. Sized down in both seasons. Maybe my thighs aren't as bulky as I thought they were... I definitely can't size down in denim but can in these for some reason?!

Every time I've tried to size down in denim I've felt like this guy...

The khaki/olive officer chino shorts this season are sized just like previous seasons 2" larger than tagged.

The fuller shorts based on the regulation cut run closer to 3" larger than tagged.

The only difference I noticed with the khaki/olive pair is that the inseam is at least an 1.5" shorter, so just buy the same size as officer chino.

Though $65 is still pretty ridiculous imo
