I say keep it. I have a EG 19th century oxford that is the same way. Fits great but the collar is way too tight to button. I would never wear it buttoned anyway so I don't really care. If you were planning to wear it tucked in, buttoned up and with a tie you would want to size up. If you're going to wear it casually so you'd never button the collar anyway, stick with the medium.

I have a big neck for my frame and struggle with that sometimes. You just have to make a judgement call on whether the shirt looks too small for you. Not being able to button it won't be an issue, but I wonder sometimes if a shirt looks bad if it's obviously too small in the collar. I think I'm overthinking it though and that nobody will notice that anyway.

They're expected to get an assload later this month. Until then they have mostly rugby up for grabs right now.

Yeah but probably only in Florida's outlets - for some reason the supply chain flows down there for everything

I am contemplating between a Dior raw and RRL Slim raws(not the one wash). I really dont get all the hype over Diors. Seems to be overrated unless it is the fit that is causing the hype and not to mention, the price. Looking for a pair sized 29 in RRL Slims..
