i think this is my favorite kind of design for knit ties

for the doc:

gray and cream, maybe with stripes spaced out just a bit more.

That's better. In my mind the gray isn't so silvery, just light gray. And the cream is closer to white.

One more entry from me ... All 3 ties have grey backgrounds in different shades. I like the 2nd one myself a lot.
