You know what? You're right. They were $600, not $400. (probably thinking $400 as I've bought like 3 pairs from Shawn for $400, haha). They also weren't Atom bluchers... Just Plain Jane medallion cap shoes.

As much as I like Alden, I'll never pay upwards of $1700-$2000 for a pair of "rare" shell cordovan. If I sell a pair, I only try to break even. At the end of the day, a pair from a waitlist or a reasonable pre-owned pair will pop up. I have learned patience.

- Alden Indys from J Crew (my first pair of Aldens and back when I was intimidated by a $300 shoe purchase!... many wears) - 12D Trubalance
- (Also selling some C&J for Peal & Co/Brooks Brothers pebble grain captoe boots and some C&J for Ralph Lauren Lindricks if interested)

Hello - I'm new to the forum, but I'm putting these up for sale in case anyone is interested. First is a pair of Color 8 "Indy" boots. I put Indy in quotes because these are in the Barrie last, not trubalance. They're full laceup as well. They are pre-owned, but basically unworn, except for indoors on carpet. Conducted a closet clean last week and want to move some shoes I don't wear much anymore. In fact, I don't think I've worn any of these pairs since before the pandemic! I brushed each of these pairs and gave them a light coat of Saphir Renovateur but they're all in good condition.

I no longer keep shoe boxes but I'll sell with Alden shoe bags and the generic shoe tree inside them if y'all want those. I ship via FedEx Ground to the CONUS and accept venmo or paypal (F&F preferred). Can cite references on ebay, gruhlled, or on here if necessary.

I took quick photos this afternoon in a bright spot in my apartment but not in direct sunlight. The "family" photo of what I'm selling is taken from under direct light in my kitchen but away from the windows. If you want a particular spot photographed, I'd be more than happy to do it! I'm definitely not trying to hide any imperfections or anything. These shoes are all gently worn and in great condition.
