Which has zero to do with how stylish the character he is playing is - you do realise that the entire character of Sipowicz relies in part on him being completely unstylish. He's a complicated mess, a fucked-up alcoholic with a temper who does things old school. But with a heart of gold.

You've just posted a list of characters you like. I don't disagree that they are great characters. As to whether they have style, that's an entirely different question... And TV cops in general don't have a lot of it.
