Yeah, my company has fired people over facebook (S&M photos posted...lol) and has definitely not hired people based on it.

Yeah either no one sees your photos, or you untag yourself, or you deal with it. Although it's kind of an agreement among friends of mine that you don't tag others in photos, let them tag themselves.

You shouldn't have posted all those photos of your ex on 4chan...now T4phage will eat your soul.

This is why you set your profile to FRIENDS ONLY.

I've laughed ****** off at many an aspiring employee after a facebook search revealed less than admirable pictures and profile data.

But once you are hired and the boss starts facebook-friending you, you probably also want to remove all traces of adolescent behaviour.

To the OP: if you're worried that the ex will be concerned over the photos, then clearly you guys are not "friends". For all "let's just be friends", there is the necessary silent period so both parties can be totally, 100% over the other party. As someone else said, it's probably best if you left the photo so that your ex can see it and finally get over you even if it temporarily jeopardizes the "friendship".

In the interest of sparing her emotions (she's having hard time still with breakup), I'm not sure she should see this picture. (and she will see it with the way facebook plasters these pictures everywhere)

I can't delete the tag because that will piss off new flavor of month. So I can either let ex see it, or make it so ex can't see ANY of my tagged photos.

I know this is sort of ridiculous, but I'm not sure how to handle this. I can't delete facebook, it's actually a great tool for getting laid.

Don't be a tool. Let your ex see it. She has to grow up and deal with the break up. Or you could be a coward and untag yourself, your new flavor won't be pissed just confused why you did that. Come up with a bullshit story about how you look silly in it. But really, are you going to do that every time she tags you in a photo? To spare some girl you broke up with almost 3 months ago?

I have a friend who facebooked a random girl and got her to meet him in Adams morgan one friday night. She turned out to be pretty hot. They didn't hit it off, but she and I did...

You can set it to where it doesn't advertise to the whole world when people post pictures of you in the newsfeed and stuff. She could still see it if she went looking for it on her own though. Technically, you can set her to limited profile view so she can't see new pictures of you at all but that probably isn't what you want. She'll get over it

She either won't care about the picture, or will find it even if you untag it. No reason to do anything about it.

Who cares if she sees it? I'd be more concerned about your work checking in on your facebook account then an ex girlfriend.
